The commission range — 20% to 40%

The range is clean: 20% at the low end, 40% at the ceiling. Your specific rate within that range is assigned by Deep Poker admin and visible in your Deep panel.

This is a published range, not an auto-progression tier system. The commitment is the floor and the ceiling for eligible agent accounts: your assigned rate sits within 20% to 40%. Where you land inside that range is a decision Deep makes for your specific agent role — not a threshold that triggers automatically based on weekly active count.

Your rate, your active referral count, and the week's earnings are all visible in your Deep panel at any time. If you think your rate should be different based on your production or role, that's a conversation to have with Deep rather than a threshold to cross.

What counts as an “active” player

An active player on Deep Poker is any referred user who generates commission in a given week. That's the entire bar.

Commission is generated the moment your referral plays on Deep Poker. No minimum sessions, no minimum stakes, no “but only if they hit X.” If they played and commission was generated, they count as active that week.

If they don't play a given week, they drop off your active count for that week only — they return the moment they play again. Nothing resets permanently.

Two earnings streams — rakeback and referrals

Every Deep Poker account has two ways to earn, independent of each other.

The rakeback ladder rewards your own play — a 6-tier automatic ladder from 25% (Bronze, from your first hand) through 50% (Legend), based on your lifetime commission volume. Tiers are cumulative and never reset.

The agent referral program rewards the active players you bring — your admin-assigned rate anywhere in the published 20% to 40% range, earned for as long as each referral stays active.
